Job summary

Plastic Recycling Inc. is seeking a reliable Material Handler for the 3rd shift (11PM - 7:30AM, Monday–Friday) in Indianapolis, IN. You will move raw materials, recycled plastics, and finished products throughout the plant, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory records.

The role requires 1+ years in material handling, ability to operate forklifts, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Lifting up to 50 lbs and ERP familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of material handling or warehouse experience.
Ability to operate forklifts; certification preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Transport raw materials and finished goods within the plant using forklifts or other equipment.
Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound shipments.
Stage materials for production according to schedules provided by the Material Movement Manager.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Follow all safety protocols for material handling and equipment operation.
Assist with general warehouse organization and housekeeping.
Communicate effectively with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
