Job summary

Biomerics is seeking a Material Handler to join our manufacturing team in the United States. The role involves supporting packing and inspection, moving materials, and maintaining clean, organized work areas on a 12-hour rotating shift (8:00pm–8:00am) with weekend requirements.

Ideal candidates will have basic communication skills, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and forklift training or the ability to obtain it. Education: HS diploma or GED preferred; previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic communication skills and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift 50-pound material containers.
• Forklift training or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervision staff.
• Assist Packer/Inspector with duties.
• Relieve Packer/Inspector for breaks/lunch.
• Clean auxiliary equipment during mold changes (grinder, dryer, hopper/loader, conveyor).
• Keep material supplied and identified to and from warehouse.
• Remove finished product to staging area.
• Housekeeping/safety.
• Check and clean vacuum hopper loader filter as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
