Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an on-site team member responsible for the safe operation of freight-handling equipment and efficient movement of packages. The role requires handling up to 50 lb lifts and heavier loads with appropriate assistance and training.

You will participate in pallet buildup/breakdown and coordinate with ULD repair vendors as needed. Applicants must be able to work in a noisy environment, complete basic and recurrent training, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level.
• Able to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with equipment/assist.
• Walk and stand for designated work hours.
• Must pass basic and recurrent training and communicate effectively in noise.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient operation of equipment for moving packages, documents, and heavy freight.
• Assist in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serve as liaison between company and ULD repair vendor as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
