Marvin Composites in Salem, VA is hiring for a Material Handler in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on safe forklift operation, warehouse logistics, and cross-departmental support. The schedule runs overnights (6:30 PM – 6:45 AM) with a 7 out of 14 day rotation and a 3-day weekend every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one.
• Proficient with computers.
• Demonstrated time management and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates forklifts and maintains incident rate goals.
• Report near misses and ensure a safe work environment through regular safety inspections.
• Achieve customer service goals through positive relationships, attendance, and clear communication.
• Maintain warehouse and logistics for crate movement, staging, and loading.
• Provide versatile support across departments to aid a collaborative team.
