Snap-on is hiring a Material Handler/Forklift Operator for our Elkmont, Alabama plant. This full-time role runs on a third shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

CT, reporting to the production supervisor. You will receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and products while maintaining quality and safety. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, good communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Alabama driver’s license.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Must be 18+ and fluent in English.
• 2nd shift availability and safety awareness.
• Experience operating a fiddler forklift preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receive, store, and distribute materials per schedules and orders.
• Convey materials from receiving to production areas by hand or forklift.
• Sort and place materials on racks by predetermined sequence.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and verify quantities.
• Use computer to enter shipping and production information.
