Job summary

Iatric-Manufacturing-Solutions-LL in Morristown, TN is seeking a night-shift forklift operator to move materials, read BOMs, and manage shipments. You will use JD Edwards and scanners to track loads while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating PITs, preparing BOLs, assisting customers at doors, and coordinating with teams to ensure on-time deliveries. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Understanding of supply chain and warehouse flow.
• Experience in Logistics (Shipping and Receiving).
• Forklift and powered industrial trucks experience preferred.
• Dispatch experience desirable.
• JD Edwards experience desirable.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, OSHA regulations a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, clamp truck, walkie rider and other PITs to move materials.
• Read Bills of Materials and Bills of Lading; complete BOLs for loads.
• Use scanner and JD Edwards to locate/scan products and print bills of lading.
• Identify external customers and direct them to doors; complete required paperwork.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues.
• Scan confirmed loads into Docushare.
• Communicate when live loads arrive.

• Maintain safety; perform other related duties as needed.
