Job summary

Iconex is seeking a Manufacturing Utility Associate for the Morristown, TN facility on the night shift (B). You will support production teams, maintain clean areas, and assist with changeovers and equipment cleanups.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a focus on safety. Forklift experience is a plus, with a competitive hourly pay and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic math and computer skills helpful.
• Forklift or clamp truck experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across production areas (sweeping, mopping, waste removal).
• Assist press operators during changeovers and equipment cleanups.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely.
• Organize and dispose of corrugated and surplus materials for recycling.
• Support housekeeping of exterior and dumpster areas; follow safety policies.
