Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc. in Morristown, TN is hiring for a Night Shift Warehouse Associate. You will move materials using forklifts, verify loads, scan products, and help ensure on-time departures while upholding safety standards.

This role offers a pay rate of $19.75 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) match, holiday pay, and tuition and fitness reimbursements. Training is provided for required equipment and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse flow.
• Experience in Logistics (Shipping/Receiving).
• Forklift and powered industrial trucks experience preferred.
• Prior dispatch experience desirable.
• JD Edwards familiarity desirable.
• Microsoft Office basics (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, OSHA helpful.
• Able to work in a team and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other PITs to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Read Bills of Materials and Bills of Lading; complete BOLs for loads.
• Use JD Edwards and scan systems to locate and track products.
• Identify customers and direct them to entry doors; complete required paperwork.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and communicate status.
• Scan loads into Docushare and confirm live loads.
• Support safety initiatives and Rockline RRITE values.
• Be flexible to perform other job-related tasks as needed.
