Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Material Handler in Lebanon, TN to support blown film production. You will load/unload resin materials, inspect quality, store supplies, and coordinate material flow to production teams. This role emphasizes safety, organization, and timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be forklift certified, able to multitask, and maintain accurate inventory while collaborating with supervisors and operators to resolve material issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift certified and experience operating material handling equipment.
• Ability to stand, lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and counting skills for inventory and quantities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of materials for blown film production.
• Safely load/unload raw materials like resins and colorants.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantities.
• Store materials and finished products efficiently in designated areas.
• Retrieve and deliver materials to production areas as needed.
• Assist in setup of materials for production orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages or excesses.
