Job summary

Energy Job Shop in Lebanon, TN seeks Material Handlers to load, unload, and move materials within the plant, yard, or work site, and assist with machine setup and packaging.

The role requires forklift operation experience, the ability to read safety rules and shipping documents, and a team-oriented, safety-conscious mindset. High school diploma or GED preferred; training provided. Physical duties include lifting up to 30–50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

This company is seeking Material Handlers for their Lebanon, Tennessee location. Material Handlers are responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within the plant, yard, or work site, as well as assisting with machine setup and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One to three months related experience and/or training preferred
• Proven technical experience operating a forklift, side loader, pallet jack, crane, scissor lift, or other material handling equipment
• Must complete forklift safety training
• Ability to comply with all safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, safety rules, and shipping documents
