Job summary

Kao is seeking a dedicated dock worker in Cincinnati, OH to prepare shipments, load and unload trailers, and ensure DOT and production requirements are met. You will operate with SAP transactions and maintain a clean, compliant workspace in a team-driven environment.

We expect forklift experience, basic math, and familiarity with WMS RF scanners, with the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and adapt to a fast-paced, overtime-heavy shift schedule. Join a culture that values integrity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Good math skills required.
• Fork Lift Experience: 2+ years
• Familiarity with WMS Radio Frequency scanners and their applications.
• Lift up to 70 lbs on an infrequent, non-repetitive basis.
• Knowledge of weight distribution for proper trailer loading and ability to store and pull materials from a racked environment
• Ability to read and comprehend Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Must possess attention to detail and flexibility to meet daily job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Load trailers in a manner to meet DOT requirements.
• Unload inbound materials and put away in accordance to WMS.
• Unload or load material from/to trailers.
• Deliver materials in correct quantities to production areas as required.
• Perform appropriate transactions in SAP.
• Prepare necessary paper work for transfers.
• Keep work area and equipment clean.
• Work in accordance with FDA and GMP procedures.
