Job summary

Kao is seeking a Warehouse Operator for the third shift (10:00pm - 6:30am with mandatory overtime) to prepare shipments and manage materials for production. You will load and unload trailers, handle inbound materials, and ensure DOT compliance while using WMS and SAP systems.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience, can read SDS, lift up to 70 lbs occasionally, and maintain accurate paperwork. Competitive benefits start Day 1, with a company bonus and 401(k) matching program.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Fork Lift Experience: 2+ years.
• Familiarity with WMS RF scanners and their applications.
• Lift up to 70 lbs on an infrequent, non-repetitive basis.
• Knowledge of weight distribution for proper trailer loading and ability to store and pull materials from a racked environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Must possess attention to detail and flexibility to meet daily job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Load trailers to meet DOT requirements.
• Unload inbound materials and put away per WMS.
• Unload or load material from/to trailers.
• Deliver materials in correct quantities to production areas as required.
• Perform transactions in SAP.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for transfers.
• Keep work area and equipment clean.
• Work in accordance with FDA and GMP procedures.
