Job summary

Kao USA, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the third shift (10:00pm–6:30am) with mandatory overtime. You will prepare shipments, load/unload materials, and ensure DOT-compliant trailer loading, using SAP and a WMS system.

The role offers $19 per hour plus a corporate bonus, 34 paid days off annually, medical benefits from day one, and 401(k) with company match. Requires a high school diploma or GED, math skills, forklift experience, and RF scanner familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Good math skills required.
• Fork Lift Experience: 2+ years.
• Familiarity with WMS Radio Frequency scanners and their applications.
• Lift up to 70 lbs. on an infrequent, non-repetitive basis.
• Knowledge of weight distribution for proper trailer loading.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Load trailers to meet DOT requirements.
• Unload inbound materials and store per WMS.
• Unload or load material from/to trailers.
• Deliver materials in correct quantities to production areas.
• Perform transactions in SAP.
• Prepare paperwork for transfers.
• Keep work area and equipment clean.
• Follow FDA and GMP procedures.
