Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics operates a Johnson & Johnson facility, where you will be an on-site employee handling receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping tasks in a climate-controlled environment. The role requires night shift hours (8:00pm–4:30am) and a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Comply with safety policies and participate in proactive teamwork and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products, including light assembly and record storage.
• Repair and recoup damaged goods as required.
• Count all product, compare to manifest and inspect for damage, infestation and dates.
• Report shortages, damages and miss-shipments on appropriate forms.
• Unload/load shipments and relocate, stack and store merchandise.
