Responsibilities

• Open product, feed onto the production line, and adjust cutting equipment.
• Ensure GMP, SQF, and safety rules are followed.
• Move pallets, perform basic cleanup, and assist other positions as needed.
• Pack cheese into boxes, stack pallets, and inspect seals and dates.
• Operate box erecting, case sealing, and labeling equipment.
• Sanitize the work area and equipment as required.
