Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Material Handler to perform warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering materials. The role operates on a 12:30 AM – 9:30 PM shift with weekends, offering pay of $16.60 plus a 10% shift differential, totaling $18.26 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience.
• Reliability, adaptability, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic computer ability and operating basic recordkeeping tools.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Experience in high-volume distribution or logistics is a plus.
• Clerical skills and time-management helpful.

Responsibilities

• Execute foundational warehouse tasks including packaging, unpackaging, put away, sorting, staging, picking, shipping, and preparing units for production.
• Open boxed inventory and place on appropriate shelves; ensure proper organization.
• Walk flow rack to keep items properly organized and accessible.
• Wrap cords neatly, label, tag, or color-code for easy identification.
• Meet or exceed daily production and quality goals.
• Complete required paperwork or digital records accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation; follow warehouse regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
