Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Maintenance/Operator Technician (Master Technician) for Prattville, AL, on a night shift from 6:48pm to 6:48am, on a 2/2/3 schedule with every other weekend. Weekly pay can reach up to $35.00 per hour based on experience, plus a $1.00 night shift differential, with benefits starting day one.

The role covers operating and maintaining injection and/or blow molding equipment to ensure safety, high-quality containers, and maximum machine efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6 months’ experience operating or maintaining blow molding/injection molding machines or similar equipment.
• Understanding and operation of PLC, or willingness to obtain training.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain blow molding/injection machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform setup, mold changes, color changes, and aim to minimize scrap.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and document activities.
