Keurig Dr Pepper in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Production Technician I to monitor production processes, operate equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards. You’ll engage in safety initiatives and lean daily management while contributing to quality improvements and cost reduction.

The role trains on the D1 shift before transferring to N1 and requires flexibility for overtime and weekend work. Benefits start day one, with comprehensive medical and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior experience with operation of high-speed production machinery preferred.
• 1 year prior experience monitoring of product quality preferred.
• Ability to learn how processing and packaging equipment works; mechanical understanding preferred.
• Self-motivated team player capable of decision making, communication and problem solving.
• Comfort with basic computer functions and quick learning of production software.
• Basic mathematical skills for production calculations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment and demonstrate safe behaviors at all times.
• Support improvement to quality systems and policies (Quality Data System, SQF, GMP and HACCP).
• Learn to safely operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.
• Engage in resolving production line issues, develop standard work, track production data, and participate in lean daily management.
