You will set up production equipment, prepare raw materials, and verify materials to complete production batches on a 5:30 PM–6:00 AM schedule, Sunday through Tuesday with rotating Saturdays. The role emphasizes critical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork, with responsibilities including process monitoring, routine maintenance, and producing productivity reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Ability to read specs and follow work instructions.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Set up production equipment and load materials according to engineering parameters.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and verify materials to complete production batches.
• Regularly inspect and maintain machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Prepare productivity reports detailing parts produced per shift.
• Provide input to update procedures and support process improvements.
