Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift on your feet.
• Lift up to 40 pounds.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery by positioning parts, loading materials, and entering specifications.
• Ensure adherence to department policies, procedures, regulatory compliance and safety requirements.
• Monitor one or more stages of the manufacturing process while equipment runs.
• Assess the quality of products and identify nonconformities.
• Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain machinery.
• Complete productivity reports detailing parts produced per shift.
• Provide input into process procedures as required.
• Work with internal resources to resolve problems.
