Job summary

Entegris in Hillsboro, OR is seeking an Operations Associate to join the production team. This role will set up production equipment, prepare raw materials, and verify materials to complete production batches on a 24/7 schedule.

You will support continuous improvement and work with internal resources to resolve issues. The position requires a High School Diploma/GED, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and proficiency with Windows-based applications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specs.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery and load materials per engineering parameters.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety regulations.
• Monitor manufacturing process stages while equipment runs.
• Assess product quality and identify nonconformities.
• Inspect, clean and perform routine maintenance on machinery.
• Complete productivity reports for each shift.
