Entegris in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV for the Front Half Night Shift to maintain production equipment and facility systems. You will focus on uptime, reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting capital projects. A 12-hour night shift and lifting up to 50 pounds are required, with strong reading of schematics and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in direct equipment maintenance.
• Associates/Technical Degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Ability to read and understand equipment mechanical and electrical drawings.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift, on your feet, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Methodical approach to troubleshooting and project management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on production and facilities equipment and document work.
• Provide repairs of production equipment and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion.
• Disassemble and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures per specs.
• Use diagnostic equipment to monitor performance, diagnose root cause, and recommend improvements.
• Use schematics and test equipment for calibration, diagnosis, and repair.
• Identify areas to improve PM procedures to reduce failures.
• Work in teams or independently as required.
• Support projects and improve manufacturing processes.
• Assist in maintenance of site infrastructure including minor painting, plumbing and carpentry.
