Job summary

Amgen Rhode Island is seeking an Associate Manufacturing - Nights to join a fast-paced biotech production team. You will operate equipment, maintain production records, and ensure safety and quality standards on a 12-hour night shift, 7pm–7am, with a two-week rotation.

The role offers on-site work with on-going onboarding and opportunities to develop process knowledge, problem-solving, and teamwork within AR5 or AR30 cells, plus a shift premium and potential Sunday pay.

Qualifications

• High school/GED plus 2 years of manufacturing ops experience or
• Associate degree with 6 months of manufacturing ops experience or
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in manufacturing and follow SOPs
• Maintain production records and ensure safety and quality standards
• Support troubleshooting and document review for manufacturing processes
• Participate in cross-functional teams and contribute to deviations/CAPA handling
• Identify and implement improvements to routine functions
