Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a regulated production/operations environment or equivalent military experience.
• Experience operating high speed, highly automated production equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and GMP requirements.
• BioWorks/LEAN or Continuous Improvement certification preferred.
• Work experience may not be substituted by a degree.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment using HMI/SCADA interfaces.
• Perform setup, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and cleaning of equipment.
• Complete batch paperwork and records accurately and on time.
• Support review/revision of Manufacturing Directions and SOPs as needed.
• Assist in deviation analysis, CAPA actions, and quality issues.
