Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead Trainee for night shift to supervise a team of production operators, run the daily start-up meeting, and implement standard work. You will guide ergonomic practices and rotate tasks to sustain safety, quality and efficiency.

This onsite role offers a 4 days on/4 days off schedule, $2.00 night differential, solid benefits and 401k match, plus training in problem solving and Kaizen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of employment in a production
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of a manufacturing team of production operators.
• Lead the team’s daily start-up meeting and establish job rotation.
• Develop and use standard work instructions and perform basic line maintenance during outages.
• Ensure the team achieves 5S+1, quality, delivery and Kaizen goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving to prevent recurring issues.
