Job summary

Tower Semiconductor Ltd. is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Operator for night-shift work in San Antonio, TX.

You will help move lots between process areas, operate cleanroom carts, input data, and follow safety and quality protocols to keep production running smoothly. This role offers a compressed workweek with 3-4 days off, day or night shifts with a 15% differential, benefits from Day 1, and opportunities for overtime pay.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Move product lots from one process area to another.
• Operate cleanroom carts and processing equipment.
• Ensure product and process quality, enter data into systems.
• Adhere to safety, clean room, and chemical handling protocols.
• Assist in other operational tasks as needed.
• Train peers as a peer trainer.
