Responsibilities

• Lead a shift to meet production goals while ensuring quality and customer specifications.
• Coordinate and prioritize activities on the shift and communicate with supervision.
• Maintain safety and accuracy in production, shipping, and QA areas.
• Provide backup support across departments as needed.
• Foster good working relationships with staff and management.
