Job summary

Protein for Pets OPCO, LLC is seeking an Experienced Manufacturing Team Captain in Joplin, MO. The role leads a shift to achieve production goals while upholding quality and customer specifications, communicating across departments, and maintaining safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year experience in team management and leadership role.
• Demonstrate knowledge of efficient and safe manufacturing operations.
• Understanding of plant policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of employees on a single shift to meet production goals and maintain quality.
• Communicate, coordinate and prioritize shift activities and production.
• Provide backup support to all departments as needed on the assigned shift.
• Ensure GMP and Safety policies are followed.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to supervisor as needed.
