Job summary

Clarios in Florence, KY is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor (Night Shift) to lead hourly production employees, reporting to the Production Manager. This hands-on role drives safety, quality, staffing and productivity on a 12-hour night shift.

You will coach teams, resolve on-the-floor issues, monitor metrics, and collaborate with maintenance and quality to sustain continuous improvement and meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or related field
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse or distribution
• Proven ability to lead frontline employees and drive accountability in a fast-paced operation
• Willingness to work night shift, overtime, and other shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production employees to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals
• Manage daily production activities and coach team members
• Address operational challenges in real time and maintain a safe work environment
• Ensure staffing and labor utilization meet daily production schedules
• Investigate issues and drive improvements to reduce waste and improve performance
• Partner with maintenance, quality and operations to support continuous improvement
