Job summary

Perrigo in the United States is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead 20–40 manufacturing and packaging staff across shifts. You will assign tasks, monitor quality, coach your team, and champion a safe, inclusive work environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent 4+ years leadership) and strong communication, problem-solving and performance management skills. Evening shift 10:00pm–6:30am, Sunday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; if no degree, 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience directing across multiple production areas.
• Experience in FDA-regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 20-40 Manufacturing and Packaging employees across multiple production lines.
• Assign tasks and adjust workloads to meet production goals and schedules.
• Monitor training and production quality; troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Coach and develop the team to increase trust, engagement and retention.
