Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; in lieu, 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, performance management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide work direction across multiple production areas.
• Four years of production supervision experience.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Sound judgment and good decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 20-40 manufacturing and packaging employees across multiple lines.
• Assign tasks, balance workloads, and monitor training and quality.
• Foster a safe, inclusive culture and lead continuous improvement.
• Coach team members to increase engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with engineering on equipment and process changes.
• Support capacity planning and payroll processes to ensure timely pay.
