You’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage escalation, and drive performance improvements on contained production lines. The role demands advanced degrees with GMP manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and a track record in lean operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years GMP manufacturing and Six Sigma lean experience.
• Master’s / Bachelor’s in a related field with extensive GMP exposure.
• Minimum years and leadership experience across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Manufacturing integration point across night-shift operations.
• Establish and sustain the night-shift Tier structure, cadence and escalation.
• Coordinate cross-functional site resources to maintain safe, compliant operations.
• Escalate resource constraints or barriers to leadership and drive resolutions.
• Monitor night-shift performance: downtime, OEE, schedule attainment.
• Identify and execute improvement opportunities across off-shift (5S, visual mgmt, standard work).
• Provide coaching and leadership to Front Line Managers during events.
