Job summary

Tower Semiconductor Ltd. is seeking an entry level Manufacturing Operator for the night shift in San Antonio, TX. You will move product lots, operate cleanroom carts, and ensure product and process quality while entering data into tracking systems.

Training is provided and there are opportunities for overtime and career growth. Salary starts at $17.21 per hour with a night differential; benefits begin Day 1 and a compressed workweek offers 3–4 days off per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Ability to multitask (loading tools and entering data) while maintaining high quality.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English.

Responsibilities

• Move product lots between process areas.
• Operate cleanroom carts and processing equipment.
• Ensure quality of products and processes.
• Input data into computerized tracking systems.
• Adhere to safety, clean room, and chemical handling protocols.
• Assist in other operational tasks as needed.
• Train others as a peer trainer.
