Tower Semiconductor Ltd. is hiring an entry-level Manufacturing Operator for the Day Shift in San Antonio, TX. You will help move product lots, operate processing equipment, and ensure quality in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role includes hands-on training, built-in overtime pay, and a benefits package with low-cost health coverage starting on Day 1, plus paid time off and holidays. Shifts run Sunday–Tuesday plus every other Wednesday, with option for day or night shifts and

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining high quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must read, write & speak English.

Responsibilities

• Move product lots between process areas.
• Operate cleanroom carts and processing equipment.
• Ensure product and process quality.
• Input data into tracking systems.
• Follow safety, clean room, and chemical handling protocols.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.
• Train peers as a peer trainer.
