Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Operator I for night-shift production in Livermore, CA. You will work in the probe card manufacturing environment, performing photolithography, thinning, etching, plating, assembly, test, and inspection while following standard work and safety procedures.

You will calibrate equipment, conduct preventative maintenance, and help diagnose minor issues. Collaborative teamwork and ongoing process improvements are part of daily responsibilities

Qualifications

• Entry-level manufacturing role with minimal formal training required.
• Ability to operate in a cleanroom environment and follow procedures.
• Attention to detail and safe handling of equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform production activities in probe card manufacturing: photolithography, thin film processing, etching, plating, assembly, test and inspection.
• Set up equipment, calibrate, and conduct routine maintenance as needed.
• Monitor processes and equipment data to identify irregularities and optimize performance.
• Assist engineering teams on tests, pilot runs, and improvements.
• Share knowledge with peers and help train new operators.
