FormFactor, Inc. in Livermore, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 1 to support probe card manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This entry-level role performs a variety of tasks across photolithography, thin film, etch, plating, assembly, test, and inspection, with on-line data analysis and equipment calibration to keep production running smoothly. Less than 1 year of related experience is typical, with opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualificações

• Less than 1 year of related experience. No formal occupational training is typically required

Responsabilidades

• Execute manufacturing processes including photolithography, thin film, etch, plating, assembly, test, and inspection.
• Perform equipment set-up, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
• Collect and analyze operating data to make on-line equipment adjustments and maintain process optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct tests and experiments aimed at improving production processes or developing new products.
• Assist in training and coaching other technicians, fostering teamwork, leadership, and technical skill development.
