Qualifications

• 1–5 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance to associates in areas of responsibility.
• Lead, mentor, and train associates as applicable.
• Ensure quality standards and meet work schedules with optimal use of people and equipment.
• Interact with service departments and occasionally with customers and vendors.
• Track, order, and manage supplies for your area.
• Resolve tooling, gaging, prints, or other issues as they arise.
• Maintain process documentation and report operating difficulties.
