TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations at our Jackson, TN client site.

You will interview and orient new associates, supervise group leads, run pre-shift meetings, and track attendance and performance to keep the operation safe and productive. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and strong MS Office skills, plus excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach, and mentor group leads and associates.
• Run pre-shift meetings and track attendance.
• Report on associate performance and conduct.
• Assist with recruiting, orientation, and training; payroll approval.
• Perform safety checks and complete accident reports.
