Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Owns troubleshooting for Lindon operations during night shift; diagnose equipment and process issues.
• Designs and runs process improvement experiments and validates results with data.
• Collaborates with Plant Manager and VP to resolve bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Analyzes production metrics to identify trends and guide engineering changes.
• Develops SOPs and documentation to ensure consistent execution.
