Factory6 is seeking motivated Part-time Production Line Workers to support Swing Shift operations in Lindon, Utah. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience in nutraceutical manufacturing with opportunities to grow into operator, technician, or quality roles.

The position runs Monday through Thursday, 4:30 pm–11:30 pm, includes GMP training and paid orientation, and provides an hourly wage with a differential for evening shifts to $17.50.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist production operators and line leads to ensure smooth production runs.
• Load and unload materials onto machines, conveyors, and hoppers safely.
• Place products on equipment for processing, inspection, or packaging.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report malfunctions or irregularities.
• Apply labels, insert desiccants, and prepare items for packaging.
• Maintain sanitation and GMP compliance as part of daily duties.
