Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Associate manufacturing professional for night shifts to operate in the Manufacturing area under SOPs. The role includes monitoring processes, drafting procedures, and supporting cross-functional teams while adhering to GMP standards.

Expect 12-hour rotating shifts (7 PM–7 AM) with a 15% shift differential and Sunday premium pay. The onboarding phase is initially 2–6 weeks with standard daytime hours; sponsorship is not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• High school/GED with manufacturing/operations experience or equivalent
• Associates with 6 months manufacturing/operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field or higher
• Bachelor's in Science or Engineering preferred
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
• Experience with lab equipment and testing

Responsibilities

• Perform operations in the Manufacturing area according to SOPs
• Monitor critical processes and draft/ revise manufacturing documents
• Troubleshoot basic issues and review documentation for functions
• Participate on cross-functional teams representing manufacturing
• Own deviations and CAPAs where applicable
• Identify and implement improvements in routine functions
