Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician - Nights to perform bulk manufacturing tasks in aseptic and non-aseptic environments according to SOPs and batch records.

This role requires GMP compliance, the ability to operate and maintain equipment, and strong attention to detail. You’ll join a 12-hour shift with a 7am–7pm rotation, every other weekend off, plus a 15% shift differential; onboarding initially 2–6 weeks, with benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school/GED with 1 year manufacturing or military experience or an associate degree.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and follow SOPs.
• Experience in a GMP or regulated environment preferred.
• Capable of operating and understanding simple to moderately complex equipment.
• Proficient documentation of batch records and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple to moderately complex manufacturing processes according to SOPs and batch records.
• Set up, clean, and operate single-use materials and equipment.
• Weigh, dispense raw materials, monitor systems and samples.
• Maintain cGMP compliance and documentation.
