Job summary

Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks a Shift Manager to support the management team in running shifts and upholding brand standards in Augusta, ME. You will lead a team, ensure safe, quality service, and help maintain inventory and financial accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work night/overnight hours.
• Basic business math and accounting skills are helpful.
• Strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by guiding the team to meet Charter Foods standards.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability during shifts.
• Help ensure safe, timely delivery of food to customers.
• Coordinate with management to meet operational goals.
• Participate in opening/closing procedures and shift transitions.
