Job summary

Charter Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Shift Manager to lead shifts, supervise the team, and ensure quality and safety. You will manage inventory and help uphold brand standards while working late nights in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with basic computer skills and the ability to perform math tasks. The role offers advancement opportunities and competitive benefits as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Able to work at night/overnight hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by directing team members and ensuring duties are completed.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Uphold Charter Foods and brand standards to deliver safe, quality food.
• Provide a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Collaborate with management to meet performance standards.
