Charter Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running shifts and meeting brand standards. You will lead the team, ensure timely service, and uphold safety and quality across operations.

The role requires 18+ years, night shifts, basic math, and the ability to train and motivate staff. Charter Foods offers competitive pay, free meals, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work night/overnight hours.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash, and place in outside bin.
• Able to clean parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely service and safe, quality food delivery to customers.
