Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to support the management team in running shifts and upholding brand standards. You will lead the team, ensure duties are completed, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability while delivering safe, quality food to customers.

The ideal candidate is 18+ with night shifts available, has basic math and computer skills, and can supervise and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work night/overnight hours.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Strong analytical/decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities
