Charter Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to lead late-night operations, supervise a team, and ensure safe, quality dining experiences. You will monitor inventory and financial performance while guiding staff to meet brand standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and you must be 18 or older.

Overnight availability and basic computer skills are required. The position offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and development within a leading food & beverage

Qualifications

• Team supervision and leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Basic math and accounting skills for inventory and revenue tracking.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willingness to work during night/overnight hours.
• Basic computer literacy for POS and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability on shift.
• Ensure safe, quality food delivery and a clean working environment.
• Provide on-the-spot training and support to team members.
• Be available for overnight shifts and late-night operations.
