Charter Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to lead nightly operations and support the management team in delivering safe, quality service. You will guide the team to complete duties, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a positive work environment.

The role requires willingness to work late hours and to be at least 18 years old, with basic math and computer skills. Great opportunity to grow leadership capabilities in a fast-paced food service setting.

Qualifications

• Able to work at night/overnight hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision‑making skills
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side‑by‑side with them
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by guiding the team and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Supervise and motivate team members and work alongside them.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability during shifts.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards for employees and customers.
• Perform duties as assigned by management and may adapt to changing duties.
