Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in United States (Arthur) is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair woodworking machinery and plant equipment to maximize production uptime. This role performs preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, dust collection, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Shifts are four 10-hour nights per week, Sunday to Wednesday, 7:45 PM to 6:15 AM.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2–5 years of industrial maintenance in woodworking/manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting.
Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts, work in a dusty environment, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain woodworking equipment including CNC routers, edgebanders, panel saws.
Monitor and service dust collection systems, compressors and dryers.
Complete work orders and project tasks between breakdowns.
Interface with blueprints and electrical schematics to troubleshoot sensors and motors (up to 480V).
Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA safety regulations.
Log parts usage and tasks in the CMMS.
