AZEK Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a night shift (C and D Crew) to maintain production lines and equipment. The role offers a rotating 2/2/3 schedule and requires strong troubleshooting, PLC knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

The position includes a $2,100.00 sign-on bonus with $700 after 1 year of employment, and expects collaboration with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of manufacturing maintenance or a similar role.
• Experience with electrical/electronic, motor drives, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshooting to minimize downtime and reduce troubleshooting time by ~15%.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Strong mathematical skills for maintenance tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Self-directed in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production lines and equipment with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and supervisors to prioritize work orders per shift.
• Complete work orders with 85% on-time rate.
• Contribute to 6S and TPM programs with 80% adherence and efficiency improvements.
• Coach operators on daily preventative maintenance checks.
• Support preventative maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Assist with plant projects to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Work as a team to meet collaborative goals.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned with 80% task completion.
